“We enjoy our stay at this 1 bd apartment. The location is nice, beach is 10 -15 min walk. Restaurants and stores are nearby. However, I am going to give them 4 stars out of 5. The laundry machine is a bit old. The storage containers need to be replaced. They had really small containers without lid and a couple of lids without containers itself. We had trouble getting to the house at the first time and the instructions were incomplete. We arrived late night and were tired after long flight. It……

“The place was not stocked up well and the appliances like coffee machine were dirty. Things were minimally maintained abd the beach equipment was so dirty and smelly, I had yo wash the beach towels before using it and beach chairs wete all stained and smelly. But overall it was clean.”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around.

“The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails……
