Master Suite – Located upstairs, featuring a queen bed, split system heating and cooling, and a private ensuite with shower and toilet for your comfort and privacy.

Three Additional Bedrooms – Thoughtfully configured to suit families or friends, bedroom 2 featuring Queen bed, Bedroom 3 featuring a Double Bed and the 4th bedroom featuring a Tri bunk bed and single bed. Two of these bedrooms also feature a split system for cooling and heating.

Open-Plan Living Area – Bright and breezy with coastal charm, the main living space opens onto an elevated deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks with ocean glimpses and fresh sea air. The upstairs living features smart tv, fireplace, split system and comfortable sofa with books and extra amenities.
Downstairs living is perfect for the extra space featuring sofas and Tv for the kids to enjoy.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes modern appliances, full-size fridge, microwave, oven, and all essentials for easy holiday dining.

Family Bathroom – Includes a bathtub and separate shower, plus an additional separate toilet.

Outdoor Spaces – Enjoy a BBQ in the spacious backyard or take a short 5-minute walk to the beach for a swim or surf.
The sun rising from the valley an the sun setting into the sea can be taken in from the elevated deck of the property. Beauty you don't often see.
A 5 minutes walk to the 21 KM Bass Coast rail trail and the breath taking 7 KM George Bass Coast walk.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
