As we are on an extended trip of 3 months staff changed our room to thd lower floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases upstairs. “Clean very spacious room, nice decor across property, staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet excellent with good selection and nice touches for several items such as flavoured soaked dried fruits, fresh fruit selection, cooked breakfast cooked well ( not overly oily) ”

“I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.”

“Check in was excellent, however the room was cold, only a blow heater. Asked at reception for someone to come and look at heat but someone only came with another heater by did not look at the issue”
