There were plenty of staff on hand, and everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. It was like they embodied the character of the hotel, which was so refreshing and welcoming. 「Ficamos no quarto super luxo que não estava no prédio principal, mas foi ótimo! Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Instalações antigas, muito bem conservadas e lindas. 」

「Room was clean but could use a little attention (cob webs, some mould in the shower but staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is free for hotel guests. Directly across from hospital. 」

「Staff was great, parking was easy. We stayed on a Saturday night and the bars didn’t close until 2a, so it was loud in our room until then, but next time we know to just stay up instead. 😉」
