Excellent communication with property manager. Very attentive to needs.

This property has a great deal of potential, especially with the willingness of the property manager. He was amazing. However, there were 7 of us staying in the home advertised for 8 adults and it was very tight. Bring additional seating if you want to gather for a family movie. The dining table only seats four, so you have to pull up bar stools or eat in shifts. There are several details that we pointed out to the property manager that are being addressed. This is a new property, so I am hopeful it will be amazing as the kinks are worked out. I just wish I didn’t have to make such a long list of “needs fixing or improvements” as a guest. Someone else should have caught these details, not us. But, again, we were met with prompt communication and assistance. Be sure to bring extra blankets if you hope to use the blow up mattress. Do not count on an adult fitting on the couch to sleep. It is small. Again, nice manager. If you stay here, ask for Kyle. He was prompt and helpful.
