Great little lodge minutes away from Killington. In the common area---where breakfast is served---you can sit by the fireplace and trade stories some very serious skiers.

Basic ski lodge hotel. We were there for a fall trip not to ski. Description on Expedia provided by the hotel is 100% accurate so read it carefully. I saw many reviews complaining about things that were spelled out for them before they would have booked. I rated it based on my expectations from the description. We had a room with a private bath. It was very clean and beds were comfortable enough. Quiet road so easy to sleep. Breakfast was continental, nothing special but coffee was very good. Easy check-in & great communication by the staff through the Expedia app prior to our arrival. Price and location for our needs was perfect and we would stay here again.

It was a well used ski lodge that was too challenging for us. I should have checked accessibility but had 5-6 steps at the entrance followed by 2 stairways to get to our room. I gave the room a quick check & concluded the overall appearance, wear & tear wasn’t consistent with the $200/night charge, regardless of all the steps. The attendant was helpful, but no other rooms were available. Neither was a refund as we were outside that window. We did find a local room that was accessible, well kept & tidy at $112/night. So we were out $200 for the unused room but the Expedia agent forwarded a $50 credit for our trouble.

Considering this was a lodge atmosphere with shared amenities, the space was clean, in good operating condition, and provided a friendly atmosphere. The staff worked extremely hard to accommodate the patrons!
