「The hotel rooms were very outdated and warm - no air conditioning- our room was 27 degrees Celsius! The hotel was quiet- breakfast was wonderful!!」

「It was first class all the way! We were greeted by Shea, the professional concierge. He was fabulous and very informative. We had the superior deluxe room with a bay window. It was very large and beautiful. The bathroom was just as nice and big. The entire staff was wonderful.」

「Comfortable and clean in a convenient location」

「Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere. 「Nice host but could do with updating and a thorough clean. We were only given one bath towel and one hand towel to share between two! Breakfast items weren’t great quality and it all felt rushed. Weren’t offered and extra tea or juice etc. Overall wished I’d booked somewhere else.」
