“I was told that there were no reservations, so I couldn't stay. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Expedia's fault, but it was the worst.”

“Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and……

“This is a very nice hotel resort. The tent is in good condition and spacious. Security is good especially it is in fact a tented accommodation. You feel so secure within the camp. It was so nice to sit outside the tent (they provide sofa chair outside the tent which is so considerate). Looking at the sky and hearing the natural sound at night was really a great experience especially for visitors from cities like us. The only setback is the hot water. I was forced to take cold water bath……

“It's impossible to find anything negative to say about Tawi Lodge. Perhaps one thing: we only had two days to enjoy it. Everything about the lodge was perfect: delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, perfect surroundings, and spacious accommodations with impressive views of Kilimanjaro. After a magnificent game drive, relaxing by the wood fire with a delicious cocktail and watching the animals come to drink at the waterhole—what more could you ask for? ”

“Great location with excellent food and very close to Amboseli National Park. Even on the last mile to the lodge you can spot giraffes, zebras, gazelles, monkeys, elephants. We enjoyed very much the location.”

“Location was wonderful, as were the staff. The rooms may need some upgrades. Although lovely, an iron and perhaps a small fridge would be useful additions.”

“有一个惊人景色的草坪， 进门的大堂也不俗，泳池也美，但是基本没有机会游泳，因为整天白天都出去看动物了。 服务好，但不是发自内心的微笑，有两个马赛人穿着传统的服装，我合完影，然后挤眉弄眼的轻声要小费，瞬间让酒店高达上的形象没了。 房间老式的，窗美，但是其它设施太过老旧。和公园门口的帐篷酒店的舒适度没法比，如果下次我还来玩，一定全程住公园门口的帐篷酒店”
