Not to far from Silver Dollar City, Dogwood Canyon, Thunder Ridge Concerts, Black Oak Mountain Amphitheatre, Talking Rocks Canyon & Branson! This Beautiful Newly Remodeled, 2 Bed/2 Bath Condo near the shores of Table Rock Lake, Located in the 200 building of the Getaways at Kimberling Crossing. The ground level condo is newly remodeled, has a private deck, and has views of the Kimberling City Bridge, Table Rock Lake, and both the Sunset/Sunrise views. We have a Play pen, high chair, & a toddler bed (3 to 5 years old) for families. World-class fishing, indoor and outdoor pools, Six Pickleball Courts, Basketball, 2 Kids Tree Houses/with climbing wall & swings. Close to Bars/Restaurants, Pizza, Coffee, Gas & Grocery Store. Close to boat rentals and slip rentals at Kimberling Marina. The property, has several new restaurants, one is Kimberling Crossing Cafe, & Shipwreck restaurant/bar that looks like a pirate ship, with indoor/outdoor seating, with lake views!

This rental is in great shape and is so welcoming and cozy! Everything we could possibly need was available and Audra was very accommodating to a special request we had and we are thankful for that! It’s very near everything in Kimberling City and the location was quiet during our stay. Highly recommend Audra and “Lakin it easy” for your visit to Kimberling City and Table Rock Lake!

Fabulous condo that was well equipped for anything you would need. I highly recommend. Great for older adults that might have some mobility issues. Parking was close to the front door. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean! It was even decorated for Christmas )

Really enjoyed our time spent here this week. The room was amazing and comfortable. So clean and neat. The board games and indoor pool were great and made the kids very happy when rain spoiled our plans for the first day of vacation. Highly recommend! Hope to stay here again!

Solid family spot
We were visiting family and stayed for 4 nights. We had a great stay and the rapid responses from Audra were very helpful and appreciated. The place is clear and quiet at nights. Pretty much everything you need for young kids is there. There was construction in the area but didn’t really interfere with our stay.

Fathers Day Weekend
This listing had everything you need! All the little things you forget to bring, they had! The condo had all the little details that made it feel like home. From toys, board games, blankets, books for all ages and the bottle of wine was incredibly thoughtful! We have stayed at many VRBO style listings and this is our favorite yet!
