We really enjoyed our stay in 146. The Condo was very relaxing and the the bed was comfortable. The view was nice. While there we took in some shows in Branson and really enjoyed the pool on the property. Being that it was hot the pool felt great. And when you get back to the condo after a hot day of sight seeing the a/c will cool you down. The condo never was uncomfortable. We highly recommend it.

Comfortable space, handy to have everything a typical kitchen would have. Pool area was lovely. I suggest improving directions and signage to find the unit's building. Referencing a pool on my left is not useful when it's dark (not much street lighting in the area) and the pool is on an elevated area.

Condo was super nice and perfectly clean! The views of the sunrise were breathtaking and then peace and quiet at night were extraordinary. The AC was very cool, the jet tub was fantastic in the evening. The furniture (couch, chairs, beds, etc) were very comfortable. The pool was very cool and felt great. I only swam once, but my son used it three times. Pool was huge and plenty of room to swim “laps”. We did not use the golf course (I didn’t know where to find clubs or balls), nor did we use pickleball courts (I forgot our stuff at home).There was plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc. within a few miles. We would definitely stay again!Pros: Quiet, comfortable, very clean, great views, good services close by, awesome pool, tub rocked!Cons: distance from Branson (we already knew this), there could have been more kitchen items, mainly tongs, a couple more dish towels, and more importantly a potholder! I cooked a dish, and had to use a dish towel to get it out of the oven (Trust me, they don’t stop the heat). What did I like the most? Knowing that it was clean when we arrived. Too many times I rent VRBO and pay a cleaning fee (like everyone else) only to find obvious dust and dirt on furniture (and on ceiling fans). It is great to know that your cleaning fee is put to work and someone actually cleans before the next tenants.Giving it a 10/10 because I would have easily stayed two more days if I could have. I would definitely not hesitate to stay again!
