"Hotel inside was aesthetically pleasing, woth fountains inside giving a soothing effect. View of Tokyo tower from room was stunning. Room was large- had 3 comfortable beds for family of 3. Very clean, special ladies and men care kit, Buffet on 33 rd floor was very good Japanese and western options. Japanese breakfast was in basement floor was quaint. Lawsons convenience store in the basement was a big plus too. Shibakoen station for subway walking distance.Very safe neighborhood. "

"First time to Tokyo and being connected to the Shiodome station was a huge plus. Gave us the option to travel to all the surrounding cities. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was stunning and comfortable for our family of 4 (we booked the Executive King Room with Tatami Area). Although it was pricey, it was well worth the comfort and amenities that came with it. "

"Very easy access direct from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. After a long International flight and going through customs and immigration, this hotel is an easy walk indoors. Check in by kiosk with plenty of friendly help available. All staff very kind. Room is small, clean, and efficient. Everything needed, including bottled water. Only downside was My room had only a window through the bathroom and view of another building and roof top. Other choices may have better window arrangements, however, this arrangement provided enough natural light, just no pleasant view. Cost was reasonable. Food at morning buffet was excellent and plentiful with variety of Western and Asian options. I would definitely stay here again."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transport and shopping. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards, with thoughtful amenities and great attention to cleanliness. The staff was polite and helpful, though there were moments where communication in English was a bit challenging — but they always made the effort to assist. The on-site facilities, including the public bath and dining options, were excellent additions to our stay. My only minor complaint was that the check-in process felt a bit impersonal due to the use of kiosks, and I wish there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site, especially since we were traveling with a child. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed hotel in Tokyo."
