First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. 「Room was clean. Only issue was parking and it was not anyone's fault is was a weekend where travel teams were in the area. No biggie. Front desk staff was amazing the AGM was nice and assisting everyone. Housekeeping was nice we had a issue with the tv and she was there in 1 min literally. fixed it and showed us how in case it happened again. I would stay again this time hopefully we can use the pool. breakfast smelled so good we didn't stop we were on the way home to the kid. 10/10 」
