"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Amman for four nights and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and every interaction with the front desk felt friendly and well handled. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Security is clearly taken seriously and that added a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The hotel feels very safe, well organized, and professionally managed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the general facilities met a high standard. One small note for improvement: the hair dryer in my room was not working very well. It wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect my overall experience, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, this was a great stay and I would happily recommend Hilton Amman to anyone visiting the city. "It was so easy to light the parts of the room, the television was already on and could be set to any channel for entertainment in different languages or news in English. It was extremely easy to order food and the food and drinks often came promptly and was delicious, consistent and large in portions."

"At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman. "

"Le Royal is a hotel whose best days are probably behind it, but it still has plenty of charm. The lobby is very grand, and the room had good character and felt comfortable. I didn’t need much assistance from staff, but when I did interact with them they were helpful and pleasant. Minor downsides were small details like no bathrobes, and only one glass and one pair of slippers in the room. The spa area, however, was excellent and a real highlight. Breakfast was okay. As long as you’re not expecting the best hotel in Amman, it’s a very good option. I wouldn’t consider it a modern Western 5-star hotel, but the price reflects that, so overall it’s fair value and I’d still give the stay a 5-star review."
