「Expedia sent me a message saying "Guests loved the breakfast. What about you?" -- How can Expedia make such blatant mistakes?-Urban Hotel is nice, -one of the better hotels I've stayed at here in Ukraine.-But they don't offer breakfast. You can buy a cup of coffee for 20 hyrivnias. Expedia should do a better job sending out messages to travelers on trips.-」

「It was fine and clean. The bathroom counter was big. It did not have drinking water, air conditioning, a small convenience store or a fridge. The parking was good and easy 」

「pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. 」
