The room looked dirty, even with the lights off. Before we even flipped the switch I could see a faint stain on the bed sheet. I didn’t trust the blankets so we slept on top. Thankfully the heater worked great. Didn’t shower, didn’t even trust to brush my teeth there. Went to Dennys in the morning to use the bathroom, brush teeth, and gave a bite before hitting the road. Thought of it as “just a warm place to sleep” while roadtripping. Although if it would’ve been refundable, I think I would’ve just preferred to sleep in my car. Would not recommend and won’t be back! Sad because the pictures looked decent

Arizona trip

We stayed at the Silver Queen Inn from 05/18 through 05/22, on Kingman, AZ. The motel room was very clean. It's dated, but we found the room to be comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent always asking if we needed anything for the room. The complex is quiet, other patrons we're quiet. We will stay there again.

the staff here is amazing I stay here every time I come to Kingman and I have never been disappointed with how welcoming they are. there are plenty of food options around and also convenient stores littered around the area. Perfect place to stay for a few nights or even just a great overnight option

Would not recommend for the price

The reception staff wwas very helpful. I stayed 1 night. The rooms were remodeled but oddly a or of old fixtures were not changed. So much was broken, very dirty stained or not working. For example the door latch was broken off. Even though they had card keys the door wasn’t automatically locked when the door closed the bath tub was old and decrepit the wall hairdryer didn’t work and was literally covered in dirt etc.

The first room we stayed in had roaches everywhere. There were patched holes everywhere. The tub had mold and the walls were filthy. We asked for a different room which we were given. The second room was cleaner and didn't have the smell in the air that affected my asthma. However we did still see a few roaches. I was very disappointed The photos of the rooms are very misleading and no where near what you actually stay in. I would never recommend staying here. While I get you get what you pay for I have never experienced such poor conditions before in this price range.

The bed was comfortable. The room had good temperature control. The floor needed a good sweeping, it felt very gritty like sand was all over it. The rest of the room and bathroom were decently clean. We had to ask for towels, but they had no washcloths available. We had to use hand towels to take our showers. It could use a few renovations, the shower rod fell down, but we were able to wedge into a position that it stayed up. It was good enough for a quick overnight stop.
