The living area includes a brick gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable spot for relaxing after a day outdoors. Mealtime is made easy at the large kitchen table, which seats six and complements the kitchen's cabin-inspired atmosphere for home-cooked meals. Outside, the backyard offers comfortable seating and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying sunny days while overlooking the golf course.

The main floor contains one bedroom with a Queen bed and an attached bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a second bathroom and two additional bedrooms—one guest room and a spacious master bedroom that includes a secondary living space, suitable for casual get-togethers. To ensure your comfort during warmer months, the upstairs floor can be kept cooler with a portable air-conditioning unit. An additional nook and puzzle table creates a playful area for kids and adults looking for some peaceful time.

Located a short 10-minute walk from from the shores of Lake Tahoe and the public beach of Tahoe Vista, this home provides ample opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploration.
