For outdoor enthusiasts, the garage offers secure storage and parking for bikes, boats, or other gear. Winter Access
Please note that the driveway is steep, and a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter months. We also strongly recommend carrying chains, as conditions can be challenging. The home's unique setting makes the effort worthwhile.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
Access to private beaches is not included; passes are reserved for full-time residents only.
