Great location!

Location, property, and amenities are awesome here. The check in process was a little annoying in that we had to call and verify our identity (with little phone service) only to wait for an automated lock that wouldn't work even 5 mins before 4pm. Overall the place was updated and great for the price!

Shower at your own risk!

This place was a great location and decent price point. However, the shower situation was a bit scary since the water temperature was not consistent and would range from scalding hot to icy cold without touching anything. Shower at your own risk!

Ok if your desperate for a cheap place to state because at least its clean inside.

I loved the actual bed and they did do a good job providing a clean unit but the property itself is very run down, kind of sketchy. This could be a really nice spot if the owner spent just a little time doing upkeep in the outside area. A couple days at Home Depot and a gardner would do wonders! Come on owners, you can do better! You have everything on auto-pilot and it shows. If you are doing to do that, at least hire a grounds keeper!!

Great waterfront location!

Convenient location and great value in King's Beach! I would say that the front door lock is a bit hard to figure out, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay there again for attending future weddings in Lake Tahoe.

Cozy and affordable

This place is perfect for 2-4 people great room decor, enough pillows, amenities provided. I will definitely book again. Affordable and worth it for a great weekends gateway
