As you step onto the upper floor of this two-level home, you'll find a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. The open kitchen and living area are ideal for relaxing or socializing. You can gather around the fireplace or chat with guests while preparing a meal. The layout feels warm and welcoming, perfect for winding down after a day of Tahoe adventures.
The lower floor features well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and style. With luxurious king-size beds and cozy twin trundles, every room ensures a restful sleep. Enjoy modern amenities like TVs and ensuite bathrooms for convenience. Sliding glass doors lead to outdoor balconies with stunning views of the landscape.
Whether you're planning a summer escape or a winter getaway, this vacation home caters to all your needs. Enjoy swimming, hiking, and outdoor dining during the warmer months, or cozy up indoors and savor the snowy wonderland in winter. Located near ski resorts and public beaches, guests can enjoy hiking trails, shopping, and dining less than a 5 minute drive away. Indulge in local ice cream, play a round of mini-golf, or simply relax on the beach. In winter, delight in the close proximity to premier ski resorts, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total, in garage and driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
