“The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer……

“This apartment is great- located in a fun, active area with lots of food/restaurant choices. There's a good gym on the premises which was really appreciated as my husband and I work out regularly. The unit was clean with a few amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) and LOTS of coat hangers!! We had a bit of confusion with finding the lockbox for check in, but Chris was a very responsive host and we figured it out. We had beautiful weather so went out on the deck for coffee in the mornings. ”

“Check in was super easy for our stay, we felt super safe and comfortable. Neysa provided everything we could need and more. The kitchen and bed and bath were fully equipped. Our stay was during the new year holiday but Neysa still communicated with us and was available from before check in to checkout which made things super easy. We had a great time and highly recommend!!”
