「I would never stay here again. The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos online, which felt incredibly misleading. The condition of the hostel was awful. There were freshly patched holes in the walls, the curtains were falling apart, and the windows wouldn’t even open. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. The bathrooms were disgusting. The showers were filthy, with people’s...

「Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to an early flight at the airport.」

「Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. 「4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.」

「Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.」

「House was large, comfortable and very well kept with updated kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer available so doing laundry was very convenient. Easy walk to tube station. Host very responsive to all guest communication. Highly recommend.」
