Very close to the water, with a beautiful view of the sea! The breakfast deserves a review of its own: a very generous buffet with plenty of fresh and delicious options. "I stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights during my week in Kas and it was perfect! It is located in an area where most everything is accessible by foot. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the staff welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, served in the garden with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Don’t miss staying at the Livia! "

"The staff were helped us connect with our Tour Boat Operator so we knew exactly where to meet the next day. At breakfast they helped me to eat a Gluten Free Meal. Great location in the centre of the City close to the port and all amenities. "
