“A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.”

“What a beautiful spot! We spent the night here for our anniversary and it was just magical. Looking out onto rolling hills and the bath on the balcony made romantic by the extra little touches of pretty lights candles and bubble bath provided by Vaughan. He also let us feed the baby calves and then we went down to the 2 cows to feed them. Prince the horse was out in the paddock so we didn’t get to say hello but Vaughan made our stay very welcoming. They have the most lovely natured dogs one of……

“Window is broken, letting in mosquitoes. Furnishings are the worst I’ve seen. Shower doesn’t drain limiting showers to 2 minutes before it overflows. I had to buy glasses for water. There was no bin only a bucket which you have to empty in the street bins. The room smells of fried chicken from the shop underneath. There is no vanity in the bathroom so toiletries are kept on the floor. Worst value for money I’ve ever know and I travel over 200 days a year.”
