"We feel the breakfast let the hotel down. Times stated are 7am to 10am. That should mean that there should be full availability and the hot food should be hot. We had our breakfast at 9 each morning and the hot food was warm not hot. It was a shame as it did let the hotel down. We did enjoy a very tasty meal in the early evening."

"Disturbing levels of plant room noise and vibration day and night, resonates through building Bonny View. Bedside table and light switch on one side of bed only annoying if you are a couple. No floor towel in bathroom ."

"Good small hotel. Our family stayed here for the second time; the staff is friendly and attentive. The swimming pool is nice. Now it has a better breakfast and good coffee. The bed is the best size, and the bedding is great because there are 4 pillows. Thank you for a wonderful time. "

"Brilliant stay, couldn't recommend more! room was super clean. bathroom looked brand new, there was a mirror with heating & backlight! hotel was bigger than i expected, so i was pleasantly surprised by the experience. location is great, staff were great, breakfast was included with a varied selection, all the staples (full breakfast, benedict, eggs on toast, porridge, cereal, fruit, tea/coffee/juice etc) available with choice of hot/cold options. check in and check out was easy, staff all very friendly, will be recommending it and staying again, if needed. Dunfermline abbey is basically across the road and a big park nearby for a bit of sightseeing, the airport is about 30min drive away (depending on traffic) and Edinburgh city centre about 30-40min as well."

"Room was simple, but nice. Front desk staff were outstanding. Breakfast was disappointing. No one served us, we didn’t get coffee or tea, and ended up just grabbing a yogurt and toast that were out. Still had to pay. Others around us did manage to order full breakfasts, so they might have better thoughts on that."

"The room was absolutely beautiful. Check-in was smooth and the check-in team was so lovely and helpful. We ordered room service, and they were so prompt and lovely. We enjoyed some food at the Jigger Inn and the staff there were also really amazing. One particular member of staff was a champ at helping us pay for a bill for a table of 12 people. They also accommodated my husband’s allergies and were really top notch about it. We got to St. Andrew’s by way of train, we pulled in to the Luechers train stop and then took the bus to St. Andrews, the bus stops directly at a bus stop right down the road from the hotel, and it was a 2 minute walk to the hotel."
