“This place was perfect for my family. We chose this location because it was pet friendly. It had ample area for them to play outside in the fenced yard. The host, Banks Van Pelt, was extremely helpful from start to finish. Communication was always professional and extremely friendly. St. Marys is my old stomping grounds and where I was raised. To have the opportunity to bring my children and grandchildren to celebrate the 4th of July there was remarkably memorable and this home was perfect for……

“Super friendly, great location, close to the beach. Property is sprawling, but everyone was very attentive to our needs. The executive golf course is fun. Lots to do, recommend”

“Very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Izzy was kind and helped with any issue I had. I would definitely start again.”

“Beautiful spot on St. Mary’s river. Loved the porch views. The host was very kind to talk to and make suggestions of things nearby.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be staying again.”

“This beautifully decorated, spacious home had everything you could possibly want or need including fresh eggs from the chickens who live right next door. Glenda was a great host who had lots of cold water waiting in the fridge which was most welcome after a long drive from north Georgia. Thanks Glenda”

“Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but……

“We have stayed here multiple times and it is great every time! Pet friendly but clean - no “signs” of previous pets staying. Home is very comfortable and a great home base for while we are in the area visiting family. Lots of small amenities for if we forget things. Host is communicative and flexible when able to be, which is very appreciated!”

“Very cute/clean/great location. Only problem was the check in..we were given the wrong door code…and no contact number…thankfully we found info on our phone to contact and was given the correct door code. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this property.”

“We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay—very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and flexible with us, which made everything so much easier.Communication was quick from start to finish, and the host made us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again in the……

“THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE IN THIS REVIEW OF THE PROPERTYJuly 2026We recently rented this property and I would like to lay out clearly what the property looks like. This property is meant for extremely wonderful beach access close enough to the main beach to have dining within walking distance, and just far enough away to be almost secluded. If you are looking for a place to launch from, and to spend quality time on the beach, this is perfect. The physical property: envision having two RVs……

“What a wonderful stay we had at Amelia Island! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed from cookware to spices. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Highly recommend this home, our family had a wonderful week!”
