「Stay was fantastic. Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. My only surprise during registration process was having to pay extra for linens for the sofa bed. At this nightly rate plus the property saying it can sleep 4, I didn’t feel we should have to pay extra for those sheets. Otherwise the property is clean and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「Soon as I walked through the front door, I knew I'd be back! This is a magical place: clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Communication with host was excellent, and the view and beach were absolutely magical!」

「We have stayed here once before and absolutely adore this cottage on the water. It is cozy and you are blown away by the view of the water. The host are very friendly and timely in their responses as well! 」

「Margo is a lovely host, unobtrusive but available for anything we needed. The house was very clean and consistent with the description and pictures. We really enjoyed using the kayaks!」

「Very private and quiet retreat that offered stunning views. Although it was a weekend away as a couples retreat, this home has a lot to offer families. The basement is designed with entertainment in mind (simulator golf, pool table, theater room). The hot tub temperature was perfect and the landscape provided a sanctuary for bird watching. 「Good communication, clean place with every thing we needed. Quiet place to get away to, very roomy. Enjoyed the deer and rabbits and fresh eggs. 」

「Absolutely loved the property and enjoyed every moment there! The bed was comfy with soft quality bedding and cabin was set up perfectly for two! My adult daughter and i went to poulsbo for a 3 day rest and healing type of retreat and this place was perfect! Serenity and nature and calm all around us w incredible view of bay w waves lapping at shore. I cant wait to come back on next vaca and bring my hubby!」

「What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. 」

「This is the perfect beach retreat. The Sound is steps away, and the atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed walking the shore, collecting shells, watching the boats and ships pass by, and enjoying the host's gorgeous gardens. The guest house is simple and easy, with everything you'll need. Not far away are quaint little towns like Port Gamble and Poulsbo. Highly recommended, and we hope to return one day!」
