Beautiful House, 4 Beds, 2.5 Bathrooms

This house features 3 large bedrooms on the second floor - all new Queen beds, one with a couch and another with a futon (comfortable enough for a child to sleep on). Lots of extra space, king bed, family room with x-box, etc. The main floor has also been recently renovated and includes an office with a comfortable futon. The dinning room off the kitchen looks onto the large backyard and heated salt water pool (June-Sept). Parking for 6 cars, wireless internet, kid friendly.

There's a boat launch less than 5 minutes away on Bath road, with parking next to the boat launch at the church parking lot.

Kitchen well stocked with all the basic amenities. Pool was perfect temperature to enjoy. House was clean. Perfect setup for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Great time had by everyone.

Had a great stay at this house. Best feature of the house was the pool. Location is also great. Lots of room with a good stock of pots & pans, dishes and cutlery. Melanie was always great at responding any questions. We would totally recommend staying here.

We loved the pool!
This was the perfect place for a group of friends to stay for a summer getaway. A nice large driveway for several cars to park. Lots of sleeping room and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the pool and it was very easy for us to order from nearby restaurants.

Great property. Just needs a few more casserole dishes and serving bowls to help with dinner prep. Would suggest plastic dishes, glasses to be used in the pool area. Great stay. Contact with owner helpful on operation of ac system. Immediate response which was excellent. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
