The front desk person was pretty amazing. She was able to check me in early because I arrived from Toronto very early. She was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean, new and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here only one night but we were pleased with our choice. We had a beautifully renovated room on the 1st floor. All common areas were spotless, The staff were friendly and welcoming and quickly assisted with a special request. I would stay here again.

Service was excellent. We were 5 minutes late for breakfast but they still served us pancakes. Pool is not part of the hotel but part of the adjacent property. Main benefit of this hotel was the friendly staff.

Rooms are really small and crowded with furniture Mattresses are old and topper will not compensate for this and pillows were without any support. Also we had no additional pillows but two that are soft so no back support if watching TV and no other furniture to use as seating area. Small bathroom for Hilton standard…..more like a powder room. When having shower hot water comes after 5 minutes. No breakfast was included and we had to order breakfast in adjecent restaurant. Then we spent about 80 dollars for 2 people more. Food was nicely presented but not special. Servants there were really nice and polite as was the staff in this hotel. 5 star for people working there and only 2 for the hotel and value for your money.

Easy parking, room was clean. Washroom door was broken upon arrival. Sent up maintenance man, took an hour to arrive plus 20 minutes to fix. Upon arriving back home after dinner, fire alarm went off and had to exit building. No clear instructions from staff or firemen about when to go back in so we just went back in after 20 minutes. Not hotels problem but just lack of communication. Gym was great - equipment up to date and empty for good morning sweat session. Warm cookie at check in is nice.

Everything was nice but the location of our room was far and we were beside a door that slams into our room which was a downside. Rooms were a bit small but we were just there to sleep. No microwave or breakfast which was also a downside for the cost. Beds were super comfprtable no issues there. Kids had fun in the pool.
