「Ms Thompson was very nice and friendly and there was never a bad moment for me to reach out to her for help. The area was also very quiet which allowed my stay very peaceful though I didn’t really go out much to explore more. I’ll try to do that when next I come around. 」

She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years (...

「Mr Anderson is a very good host and a good communicator. The smart lock on the door facilitated my brothers accessing the villa independently of my going and comings. I dont like it when hosts insisted on only giving us one key, so it was a huge plus. Overall the villa and the host exceeded my expectations. 」

「My only problem with this property is the parking situation! If you have a car make sure they guarantee you a parking spot before you book! I was given a number but they had a car in that spot the whole time I was there, this make my stay very inconvenient. I was woke up in the night by security to move my car because the owner park in spot am supposed to use or whoever that let use the parking space. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t accommodate it 」
