Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing,we didn't stay in but it had all the nesscessary things that we were looking for. I would recommend it to anyone who are travelling with their family to stay there.lovely place,!!

The pool is a little walk up the street, it is not heated so it was a little chilly at 6pm. Other then that minor inconvenience it was a very good overnight. Very clean villa and very secure community.

Very nice properties! Very secure villa, quiet community and the manager was very responsive. We spent 2 nights and it was so peaceful we decided to book one more villa (Casa Victoria was not available to an extension) direct from the manager. We planned on staying in Ocho Rios after this one but didn't bother. The good thing is that we were close to the toll road to Ocho Rios. Only took us 45 minutes to drive to Ocho Rios for the day to see the attractions.

We gave this a 5 star mainly because of Mr Anderson the manager. Pros: The villa is well kept, the community and surrounding is very secure, Wi-Fi was not an issue and in general the villa exceeded my expectation. Cons: The pool closes at about 7pm, shops are not in walking distance. Overall, we have a good three-day family getaway.

Mr Anderson is a very good host and a good communicator. The smart lock on the door facilitated my brothers accessing the villa independently of my going and comings. I dont like it when hosts insisted on only giving us one key, so it was a huge plus. Overall the villa and the host exceeded my expectations.

I am not sure why Expedia told us we could have use of the Cubana for a party, but it turns out a party was not allowed. The host worked very hard to help us to get a place for the event. The villa is above expectation and the host is a very warm and empathetic gentleman. Mr Anderson, thank you for all your help.

I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. I hope Mr. Anderson trained the other staff to be kind and a problem solver thanks for a wonderful stay Mr. Anderson and you will see me again. The 3 bedroom house was.clean and nice very modern and up to date very nice place to stay.

The Good and Bad of the Villa

The venue was comfortable, clean, and safe (2 gate security clearance). It had all the amenities of home- kitchen with utensils, microwave, kettle, etc. Queens size beds and A/C in both rooms. No A/C in the living room though. Good WiFi and smart TV. Communication was very lacking in that I texted one number and another number (property manager) contacted me when I was in transit. I thought I was scammed because I didn't hear from him before I left home. I didn't notice the text message until the security guard contacted the property manager directly. Thank God he had his number because I wouldn't know what to do. Subsequently, my uncle booked the same accommodation a few days earlier but never got through to the manager. Apparently the place was double booked!!! "Lucky" for me, my uncle didn't get through. (Shake my head) Other than the lack of communication and the propensity to double book, we had a pleasant stay!

First class service & quick response. Recommended

Manager was super accommodating and flexible, she allowed us to check in early. I felt very safe with the double gated entry and the guards that ride around every hour. Casa Victoria even provided water and juice! We complained about the sprinklers coming on too early and the maintenance came and adjusted them and Victoria offered us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. The service was very good as well as the villa itself. Recommended...

Excelent place. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood outside Kingston. The house is very confortable and well equipped. Victoria, the manager very kind and attentive. One night I had to call her very late at night because I didn't know how to open the neighborhood doors and she kindly explained to me.

Nice smelling pillows

Getting past immigration was a bit of an issue. JUST MAKE SURE YOU TELL IMMIGRATION IN KINGSTON THAT THE ADDRESS IS IN ST CATHERINES NOT KINGSTON.Once you get past that hurdle you will be fine. Victoria is very helpful and she takes pride in the decor, cleanliness and comfort of her place.

There is a huge up side to booking with a owner who have more than just one property. We showed up 5 hours earlier than we were suppose to and our villa was not ready so they upgraded us to a three bedroom villa free of cost. The place was as described. The security, cleanliness, and location was great, closer to the local beach without staying in Portmore. We enjoyed our stay.

They got it right. We booked from the gate and had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to come and check us in. Yeah it was 11pm on a Sunday night but if you cannot do immediate check ins, the website should say so. 15 minutes was not the end of the world so I have to say this is one I would still highly recommend. The property was excellent and the service first rated. You'all keep up the good work.

A nice and clean place in a very quiet community. Victoria was very helpful and kind. Playground and pool within walking distance. Close to the highway for a (45 minutes) drive to Ocho Rios. Definitely will return.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Casa Victoria Golf Retreat...Accommodations were clean and neighborhood very quite. Miss Victoria was amazingly hospitable and accommodating, she made everything perfect and comfortable. Any issues were resolved quickly and to our liking. My family had a great time and my kids enjoyed the park and pool. We plan on staying there again.

We book the three bedroom which in my opinion was the best of the bundle. We could tell it is new because the landscaping and all the other things looked new. My parents especially had a very good time staying here, all my aunts and cousins were able to visit, make meals and hangout with the family. God bless you Vicky, thanks for accommodating us.

I’m not one to write reviews but I’m definitely one to read them so I’m working on providing more reviews, especially when I have great things to say about a place I have visited. Casa Victoria is a beautiful property in Caymanas Estates in Kingston Jamaica. I was worried about the safety of the area but once I arrived at the property I realized it is a gated community and you must be a visitor or a resident to get past the gates. Be sure to let the local manager know of your arrival time and you will be met at the gate to enter the apartment you booked. Check in was easy. You must have the cleaning fee and destination fee (whatever that is) ready to be paid in US currency as well as a refundable deposit upon check in (make sure you ask how much bc although I knew I had to pay a deposit, I never knew how much). There are AC units in the bedrooms and fans in every room. We visited the pool. I suggest that the Casa Victoria invest in some lounge chairs. My husband went with the kids to the pool but did not want to get in and there were no chairs to lounge in while the kids enjoyed the pool. The property is very clean and quiet. There is not much to do around the area but if you have access to a vehicle you can drive to some nearby areas to get groceries or any other items that you may need. The customer service is outstanding. I have been in close communication with a man named Kevin who took very good care us. When there was an oversight he provided us with an upgrade! Nice.

I checked into Casa Victor in March 2019 and was a bit dissapointed with the villa however Victoria and the other manager was very helpful in finding an agreeable space. Although it was very late (around 1 am) Victoria stayed until we were situated. I woke up to the hill view which was very nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. This is definately place if you want some quietness. There is good security so you will be safe here. There is a family area with a ice, clean swimming pool for the adults and kiddie pool for the childred. There is a tennis and basketball court and a very nice gazebo and place for the family or and indivudl to sit and enjoy the breeze. There is also a park for the little ones to slides, swing and play. I would definitely come back as it was enjoyed myself. Thank you Victoria, you have made it a pleasant stay.
