“The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything.
As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up.
