“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “The place was great and clean parking could have been better but great place to stay”

“The place was clean and welcoming. The apartment was well stocked amenities (soap, towels, bedding, coffee filters) and the host even had a few local snacks the kids enjoyed. The building was secure and clear instructions were left for entry/exit. Would stay again next time we visit family and friends.”

“The management team was awesome, the AC didn’t work in the main room on the first night but Ms Vicki made sure that I didn’t go a second night without it.”

“Although the place was new, it was very far from Kingston or any fun place. Supermarket was far and no taxi or bus close by to get around. Only 1 ac unit in whole apartment. Not worth the money or your time.”

“This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available. ”

“This property was simply amazing. The apartment was very clean, beautiful patio, breathe taking view, excellent amenities, concierge, security. The owner provided amazing communication and provided us with transportation contacts which made the stay much easier. this was by far the best experience I have had while traveling. Only a short distance away is a plaza with a convenience store, restaurants, clothing, etc”
