「The room was cleaned upon arrival. However wifi only worked for a few minutes one day and never worked again. There was no housekeeping service and qas told if I wanted housekeeping that is an additional cost.」

「The caretaker of the property, Mr. Chris was wonderful. He was so helpful. I really appreciate how he allowed me to use his phone when beach water got into mine lol. He made my birthday so special with the delicious meal he made for me. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. I will definitely book this cottage again when I come back for another visit to Jamaica.」

「I booked a room at the mobay club. When I got there The room was behind the Mobay Club. It was raining and water was running down the wall next to the front door. I notified karl and the next day a manager and a handyman came to look at it. The water pressure was very low. On the 24th I had no water texted Karl to see what time the water would come on and he said that he didn't know. No staff to check you in or out. The room has a partial ocean view. Air conditioner. It was quiet but not...
