「Absolutely everything was wonderful, beach is the best」

「Amazing book platinum you’ll have the best of the best !」

「Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

「Keep up the great work」

「If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.」

「The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

「Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」

「This was the worst resort I have ever been to. The deception used by staff to sell vip packages was distasteful!! I wasted part of my day listening to nothing. When I didn’t agree to any vip offer they started giving me attitude and bad face. Shame on hideaway!! I didn’t get a proper meal until the 3rd day of my stay when I complained. Food options poor!! Nothing healthy to fit my needs!! Wasted my money!! I found myself being hungry a lot there. Room service menu was worse. I ordered but...

「Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.」

「I like the room it was amazing. Housekeeping was on time and done in a profesional was and the staff was friendly. What i didn't like -- was staff heading to the buffet to get food during service. The staff in the dining room was very nice, but please let the staff wait until guests eat or grab food from the kitchen.」

「The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.」

「Shoulder season (last week of September) meant property construction work which was a slight auditory inconvenience. The people were fantastic at a beautiful property within beach walking distance from numerous restaurants, stores and the well stocked Hi-Lo supermarket. Stunning locale.」

「I always have the best time staying here. The staff is great and helpful. The place is clean and safe. Can’t wait to come back.」

「My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...
