“Property was clean food and drinks was great. However we paid for s room with a King bed and was told none was available and a manager would contact us. Still waiting to hear back from a manager for some compensation if any. No one seems to be able to assist at the front desk that was very frustrating.”

“The pictures and advertisements of the property do not match the reality of the property. We had to ask for wash clothes. It took 10 minutes for the water to turn hot. Also, I was only there 3 nights and initially, the toilet was slow to flush, by the 2nd night, I had to ask for a plunger because the toilet was stopped up. They never had any hot cocoa which was on the menu. The views were amazing though. That was the best part about the stay.”

“We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. The food was always good, breakfast was the best meal everyday. Dinner became very redundant for 7 days. We did thoroughly enjoy our……
