“The food options were plentiful, the room was comfortable, the property was beautiful, and the amenities were easily accessible. The only thing was the mosquitoes were bad in the room. Should probably provide customers something to deal with them.”

“The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. ”

“I loved this hotel. I cant wait to see it once all the renovations are done. Its very warm an welcoming. The cats was a added plus they are so friendly. The beach is beautiful an kid friendly the pool as well. The food was ok the service was wonderful from the bartenders to house keeping everything was great. I will definitely be returning. My suggestions would be have more activities for the kids keep pool open at least to dusk instead of 6pm an more kid snacks like cupcakes popcorn chips. The……

“This property was very nice for the money that you spend securing it. Ive been to many RIU Resorts, and this one was nice. Food was good, the beach was small, but clean and good for a swim. The staff was mainly friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the airport. The vibe was a live and fun! ”

“We had a great time at RIU palace. They had great variety of food and we were able to book the restaurants we wanted to. Not fine dining quality food, but some of the best we have had at an all inclusive. Also was nice to have food available 24/7. Staff was great. “I went with my partner and teenage niece and nephew! It was an 8 out of 10 and I'd go again. I am giving it an 8 because the specialty restaurants book before you get there. I also had to pay an extra two hundred to be closer to my niece and nephew, so they were not on the other side of the resort, even though we were booking with two rooms.
