「I stayed for 4 days and 3nights. The food was great specially the dinner buffet. Overall great food! The ground staff was great but at times the front desk staff could be short with you. And not very helpful other than the staff was great! The room was very clean and the cleaning staff cleaned the rooms each day which was nice. Beach was small but nice and cleaned. Had a great time the entertainment was ok, the downfall is at night it’s not much to do. The resort is next to a lot local things...

「Overall, we had a great stay. The view was amazing, and the staff and customer service were 10/10. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the food quality, which we would rate a 6/10, and unfortunately one of my friends got sick from the food. We also felt that staying in Building 4 made it inconvenient to get to the lunch and main areas since we had to walk across the resort often. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience.」

「What really made this place special was the people. The grounds were beautiful. The tree house huts were cute and such a vibe, but the staff were what truly sold us on the resort. 「Had an ocean view room which had a great view and was quite close to the water. We wanted a room with two beds but had to settle for a queen bed and a cot. We didn’t have all inclusive plan but paid for drinks and enjoyed the pizza made at resort. Walking to nearby restaurants was a little nervous as there isn’t much of a shoulder on the road. Pool was warm and clean. We were there for a week and saw a band play twice there. Awesome!」

「We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free...
