The staff was outstanding! They were very attentive and really made you feel that you were a part of their Jamaican family! I liked our bungalow it was very spacious although somewhat dated with some fresh curtains and furniture. That would be fabulous. The food was excellent; I enjoyed the morning breakfast the best with Georgia starting my day with her smile! I looked forward every evening to Henry always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The girls from the front desk to housekeeping to the bar made every day a blessing! Special love to Tina, Maraceli, Kimi for always smiling you are truly beautiful inside and out! The views of the cliff and the sunset was the best part of the trip. Staff were very accommodating and for that I’m very happy about. Staff are doing the best they can with what they are given, the place could use some improvement and remodeling on some of the units. There’s not a lot of food options if you choose all inclusive, so something to be mindful of if you choose that option and have dietary restrictions. This is not a fancy place, but it has all the charm and cultural vibes of Negril. Restaurants and beaches are close and you can get a taxi ride right from the hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Samsara Hotel.

We stayed in the garden bungalow and rustic is an understatement. Towels taken each day but sometimes no clean ones brought back. Only 3 outlets, cat and dog noises all night and crossing the road to get to our bungalow felt very unsafe with how fast locals drive. The food was sub par. Beautiful cliff area and the pools were clean. Staff was pleasant. Would not return.

The view was beautiful to the sea, property was filthy, we told we weren’t allowed coffee until after the all inclusive guests ate first, there was only 2 bath towels, we had to ask for towels, face cloths, and beach towels, it took two days to receive. It is a huge slip and trip hazard when it rains, as the “flooring is smooth broken tile”, and uneven ground. No hand rails for any of the stairs or ramps, inclines. The bar staff was not personable. There was one person that stands out that was amazing, when we did go to the restaurant, there was one server that learned our name and remembered it the first time, she was very personable. It’s within walking distance to many places, but walk at own risk, there is no sidewalks. The transit to sister resort is limited space so if you don’t get on the first be prepared to wait for the second one. It’s not right away. We took a taxi, however that can become very costly. It’s a very low key peaceful place, if you are looking for lively action, not the place I would suggest. If you have mobility or balance issues definitely don’t recommend.

This was my third visit to samsara and just like all the other visits, It was exceptional. As always, the staff of the best part they treat you like family. The food always taste wonderful breakfast luncheon dinner. The drinks are on point and the view from the cliffs are spectacular.

Clean and elegantly decorated. Simple and classy. Big beautiful beach plenty of umbrellas. Our room is in the jungle part which they call Garden view for me as a dream. Heaven is steps away on the white sandy beaches. The people are lovely and the juice and patty man comes by every day

This resort was small and personal. Great for my autistic daughter who loved having all amenities close and a short walk. The cliffs are gorgeous and amazing to snorkel from. There is no beach directly on site only the cliff entrances to the ocean. We got all inclusive, The food was buffet style, usually about 4-5 foods to choose from, wonderful, good balance of local flavours, catered well to vegetarians. Not a massive buffet and might be trickier for kids. There was music 2/3 nights we stayed, one of them was fabulous. The drinks are VERY STRONG! Lol. The rooms are somewhat run down

Room was relatively clean and the staff was friendly but the property was not at all what we expected. The dining room felt like an old supper club, nearly all vegetation on the property was dead, the surfaces near the cliffs were extremely worn, some of the patio furniture and day beds were completely rotted. This property needs some serious TLC and updating.
