We found the resort loud and crowded. Our beach front room (4319) was close to one of the beach bars so it was forced reggae from 10-6:30 daily. Finding and reserving a chair on the beach in the shade was a competitive sport. Food was average. Nice weather, beautiful water, great tennis facilities. Overall not worth the expense for us but we are not big resort people.

Room was spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the resort was truly all inclusive. Never felt like I needed to tip or pay for anything. The atmosphere was so nice, you are right on a great part of 7 Mile Beach and can walk to everything. Lots of food choices, and the resort itself is beautiful, not just the beach side, but also the winding paths between the buildings. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed here for our first visit to Jamaica. We loved it!! The staff were all incredibly kind, the musical artists all very talented, and the food was delicious compared to other all inclusives we’ve stayed at. We are in our early 30s and, for the most part, the crowd was on the older side - which we loved because it was relaxing and not a wild party scene. Also, check out the piano bar at night!! We saved it for our last night and wish we’d gone sooner. Super fun

We loved coming back to CSA to celebrate our 25th anniversary! We just adore Anthony at the Scuba Shack who certified us almost 20 years ago and honestly booked all our visits here just because of him!! The beach, the staff, the quiet rooms are all wonderful after a full day of diving. View was terrific. Property was beautiful. Drinks at bar were ok, some drinks were made well, others not so much. Food in general was good but was unable to eat in the 2 better restaurants due to limited availability (one also has a collared shirt/long pants dress code, so be warned). Restaurant hours were hit or miss. Most of the staff was extremely nice but a few of the younger ones were a little rude). Had to cut our stay short due to hurricane but was surprised to hear that the emergency stay option for those that couldn't leave and had to shelter there were still going to be charged $300/night even with few of the regular amenities available and possibly sheltering in the conference room. I would have had a problem with that had I been forced to stay. Were given room credits for unused days due to the hurricane that are available for 1 year, which is nice (as opposed to 90 days). It would have been impossible for us to use them again so soon had that been the case.

The property & facilities were excellent. The rooms were right of the beach and the dining areas were up and down the beach. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind and get away from the work environment for a few days. We are planning to return again next year and make it a yearly vacation.

Rooms are set in lush vegetation and is pristine. Clean and easy to walk back and forth. Beach front room was steps from beach and bar. Staff could be a little more friendly. Some where amazing and others seemed like they didn't want to be there. Food was great. Reserve a table at lemon grass and feathers as many nights as possible. Water activities are free! We didn't realize that and would have booked more. Also Couples provides transportation from airport to resort. No need to purchase it. We would return.
