“Our housekeeper was really nice and friendly. Although the rooms were clean, the rooms where we stayed definitely could use some updating. If you're used to resorts like the Riu, this may not be for you. It's rustic, but needs some work. There was a massive cockroach (like over an inch in size) in our room, and it laid an egg. We tried to kill it, but it got away. I was just happy we didn't bring any of that home. The air conditioner stopped working the night before we left. But other than that,……

“Late September is off-season so services were limited. Outdoor grill service was not available, bar was not stocked (they kept running out of liquor and ingredients and sometimes took 15 minutes to get a drink). Otherwise, it was great.”
