“No AC in the garden rooms it was so hot the ac units are badly out dated it only worked for an hour bugs in the shower we asked for a fan and the staff kept passing it off to different people no one provided a fan or a room change when I say it was hotter in the room than outside I mean it !! Worse experience by far and we come to Jamaica every two months we will not stay there ever again the distance to the room is horrible small parking lot so just take a uber not the cleanest room either some……

“Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.”

“My experience at Catch A Falling Star was a pleasant one. From the moment I arrived up until the moment I left, everyone was extremely helpful & welcoming & friendly. The staff at Ivan’s couldn’t have been any more accommodating. Their efforts to assist me & to make me feel welcome was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the dogs on the property. I am a dog person & having them there was a personal delight as we enjoyed breakfast together. I only wish there were cleaning supplies in the……
