Room.was sparkling clean staff was fantastic. Shout out to Andrea the waitress she was so humble, kind and attentive. The gentleman who serves on the buffet line was so courteous. The beach and view was breathtaking. The warmth, then real jamaican vibes has kept me warm and my spirited high. Breakfast was enjoyable making me look forward every morning.

Allowed us to access the room prior to check in so we could enjoy the beach faster, no extra charge. Clean room. Bathroom could be upgraded. Friendly, courteous staff. The room we had was closer to the road so it was quite loud at night. Would stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was excellent

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I went to the bar the first night. Drinks were strong. The Internet was suitable. The electrical outlets were suitable. The property is right on the beach and the beach is perfect. White sand and turquoise water. I enjoyed being able to chill on the beach and smoke. I loved my patio right outside my room. The landscape and greenery are well kept and beautiful. It’s a great place to have coffee or tea. I noticed other guest playing games/cards on their patio. Only thing I don’t like , I couldn’t figure out how to use the iron. The iron was secured to its holster. I don’t make a fuss about it because it was like 11pm and my last night.

The hospitality at the Negril Treehouse was the best! The people were so wonderful, despite being 3-4 weeks removed from Hurricane Melissa. The property is charming, with several octagon-shaped 2-story villas, each with (I think) 6 units. The shape and appearance make it look like a bunch of treehouses. During our stay, the Treehouse owner was busy coordinating several different relief efforts to harder-hit parts of the island. We can't wait to return!

Negril Tree House is a great getaway!

I did not have beach view and I did not need it, the room was so close to the beach it was perfect. The included breakfast was delicious and authentic. I am so glad I found this hideaway. The staff were all kind and helpful, from the grounds men, housekeepers, waiting staff and front desk. Ms.Sharly gave me one of the best massages ever, right by my room. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay and you do not need all the fanfare of a large hotel then you couldn't ask for anything more than this small resort. I will definitely be back to Negril Tree House, they have the right recipe for a great business.

Best place on the Beach!!

I absolutely love this place! I had the opportunity to meet and converse with the owner Ms Gail. She gives the history of her beach resort and staffs some of the most wonderful people I’ve met. From Tony Montana getting you set up in the perfect spot on the beach to Ms Sher’s awesome courtyard massages after the best breakfast on the beach you feel like you’ve found a piece of heaven. I can not forget the amazing reception staff Charmaine and Janice are truly the best. Can not wait to return soon.

, the property itself is a little rough around the edges but the whole town in the grill is a little rough around the edges so it's okay the biggest problem I had with the property is the lighting they did an LED retrofit and they put in the brightest possible LED lights instead of the soft lights which is what it needs and when you're at the bar at night it feels like you're in a hospital waiting room it's bright and unpleasant. If they put in the proper lighting it would be a big Improvement to the property

Rooms small and basic. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. You stay at this hotel not based on the price and services, but for the location. Its a basic hotel but the view and the beach are amazing. Staff are extremely helpful and always ready so share information.
