The staff was amazing, friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. Most of all they were interacting with ALL of the guests. These are just a few: Ms Dahlia Walker, who made it her mission to meet and greet as many guests as possible. Taniki is an amazing dancer and has outstanding customer service. Loretta is DEFINITELY the hostess with the most energy and personality. Nelli is the counterpart to Loretta, their dynamic. Brandon, Kevon, Raquel and Donavan are the BEST bartenders EVER with amazing personalities, chemistry and energy. All of these people made my trip and birthday unforgettable

Everything was great, but the stairs to the room were brutal. I requested garden level as I have problems with stairs but don’t know they have main level rooms. They will assist taking your luggage up but not down. Plan accordingly.

This a good hotel priced for your vacation value. Wonderful staff personnel, easy leisurely scenic walk to Montego Bay commerce center. A walk across the street to the white sand beach. Starbuck across the street. The delicious, sumptuous buffets are outstanding. They offer wide variety of meals three times daily, all included in the price of your stay. One cannot match this anywhere in Montego Bay. The food is fresh and really good more importantly it's all you can eat. Enjoy your stay.

Friendly and accommodating staff. No beach view as we were on the main floor. But we had our own garden area outside our door with a fountain and hammock. As well as our own little chair a table with a picket fence. Food waa good, lots of different thi gs to eat. Beach is across the street. Would come back.

Great location, directly across the street from the beach. Friendly staff, especially Natasha in the excursion office. Food was delicious, drinks well made. The room, including the bathroom, could use some updating/refreshing, but the beds were comfortable and the resort satisfied our need for a quick, safe, reasonably priced spring break get away.

Hotel was pretty cool , staff were great , food was decent , when we arrive at the hotel our room was not ready and it was 5pm . Outlet and room did not work pretty good had to charge my phone in the bathroom , WiFi did not work at all .. hotel was across the street from beach it was amazing .

The room was cleaned daily. Staff were very polite. In the restaurant the choice of food was exceptional. The restaurant staff in particular Crystal were very attentive. The front of house staff, for all shifts made us feel valued and welcome. I have stayed at many hotels in Montego and this is one of the best stay I have had. The rooms were slightly dated but clean.

Took off one star because I had to ask a couple of times to refill the body wash and shampoo and to clean my room and there was a female employee that was not welcoming so I avoided her when I needed anything and food could have been better. Besides that I loved my stay and alot of the employees that went out of their way to accommodate me in every way. Already planning on going back 😁

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Deja Resort. The staff was extremely accommodating from arrival through checkout and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Since we booked last minute due to attending a funeral, our reservations were split and required room changes. Lauryn at the front desk was an absolute angel throughout the process and made everything seamless; truly the best. We loved having access to the private beach directly across the street, where umbrellas and chairs were available to rent at an affordable price. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order omelettes were a standout. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return.
