Loved that it was hot water... they don't have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!

Front desk staff was great...Oral B and Kaliea ..top tier staff. Property was nice and clean. Speciality restaurants could be better..overall it was a nice stay.

I prepaid for a ride from the airport and I wasn’t able to locate them. Took a taxi instead. Upon arrival realized that it was in poor repair in a seedy area and not on the beach. The listing states family friendly and on a sandy beach. Neither of these are true. And no water in pool. It was intended ...

The check in process was a bit interesting as no one was initially present upon my arrival.
