“Clean rooms location is great and staff was nice”

“Resort located right in front of the beach. Passes were provided to access it, AC rooms were nice and cold. Customer service could be better, noticed not a lot of patience from workers when asked questions. Bathrooms could use and update or maintained cleaner. Had a good stay and made most of it. Food was good, check in was at usual Jamaican time and etc.”

“Staff was nice. Rooms was clean, plumbing was a bit loud. Pool is 24hrs so, there was dead insects in there. Breakfast was a plus, tasty. Needs more of a variety for younger kids/tourist. Bacon, sausages. Local food great!! Dinner was 👍”

“If you’re American you don’t want to stay here. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job cleaning my room but I had these fast tiny ants or some kind of crawling bug infested in my room. There are zero amenities. Zero. No hair dryer, no fridge, no water bottle, no shampoo or conditioner, literally could have been camping. The double doors to the patio were wood and glass and chipped away where the door locks. I did feel safe on the property. They had pretty good security keeping anyone not a guest……

“The view shown in the photo is not accurate. The building hasn’t recovered from the hurricane damage. It makes a good “kotch” but I wouldn’t call it a good place to stay. The inside was clean and decent. But it’s not for those who desire to have a view of the hip strip.”

“we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.”

“The room was very spotless, staff were super friendly, the travel time to and from the airport was quick. The comfort was wonderful, I love the swim out section of my room it was nice, quiet and private.”

“View is superb. Overall maintenance is way below par . Door lock compromised (was able to see through and was poorly secured/installed, place poorly kept, I stayed one night and returned for my stuff afterwards, rodents running through , dirty bed sheets.”
