「Al inicio en mi llegada no tuve buena recepción ya que me dieron una habitación en un 5to piso sin ascensor y para colmo el mal olor a pintura reciente era insoportable y no querian cambiarme de habitación y tuve que ponerme de mal humos y solicitar un supervisor y es cuando él Se. Robert corroboro lo que le indiqué y este de inmediato procedió con el cambio a una mejor; después de esto tuve una estadía muy buena y la ubicación es buena, la limpieza. 「Staff was nice. Rooms was clean, plumbing was a bit loud. Pool is 24hrs so, there was dead insects in there. Breakfast was a plus, tasty. Needs more of a variety for younger kids/tourist. Bacon, sausages. Local food great!! Dinner was 👍」

「The view shown in the photo is not accurate. The building hasn’t recovered from the hurricane damage. It makes a good “kotch” but I wouldn’t call it a good place to stay. The inside was clean and decent. But it’s not for those who desire to have a view of the hip strip.」

「we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.」

「View is superb. Overall maintenance is way below par . Door lock compromised (was able to see through and was poorly secured/installed, place poorly kept, I stayed one night and returned for my stuff afterwards, rodents running through , dirty bed sheets.」
