“The staff were amazing”

“Food was amazing! There were a lot of options. The beach was amazing for snorkeling if you stay on the left side near the pier.”

“I enjoyed my stay at RIU Palace. I particularly enjoyed the access to the other resorts. I however felt watched by security and felt inconvenienced a lot by some staff. It seems a lot is done through app. We didn’t learn how to use it til day 3 when head guy at dinner showed us. Then we had the hand gel hookah and it rained a lot and as I sat at pool at Reggae security approached me when to my left a man was smoking weed and 2 rows in front a women was smoking her hookah both were white but he……

“The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience.”

“The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year.”

“Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable a& air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was spacious with good shower & toiletries provided. Hotel provides luggage storage which was handy as we arrived before check in. Staff are all very nice and polite & hotel felt very safe. Great location but a little noisy with clubs next door and main road traffic. If you are a light sleeper you may find this a problem. My criticisms of the hotel are that the breakfasts were not good. “Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!”
