Overall the stay was great, I do not think we would stay again, but the staff, amenities, restaurants, service was all expected for a 3-4 star resort. Our favorite restaurant on the palace resort was Krystal, with the seaside steak house coming in a close second. Make sure you book these immediately upon your arrival to the resort. They let us book 3 days in advance and then you book additional if you are staying longer as your stay continues on the RIU app.

Staff is excellent, amenities great especially Elite Club amenities. Beach is clean and well stocked with chairs and tables. Only complaint is cockroach found in room. Staff said they are everywhere. A bit unsettling!!!

staff was courteous .food was average at best.all amenities not available due to recent hurricane which we were not aware of… came down Christmas and was unable to watch any football ! Riu is one of the few hotels even back open.weather was great and we felt safe.

Your lobby represenatives. We saw 2 roaches in the room and problems with the door lock several times had. But they were quick in resolving the problems and asked if we wanted a room change. Most of the staff were great. But the drivers can be overbering and unappreciative.

Staff was always friendly and wanting to help. Rooms were clean. be careful of your room location if your an early to bed person. we were booked near the all night snack bar and some entertainment went to 11pm an sometimes 1am. so if you're a early sleeper ask for a room a little further from the bar area.

Decent property. No hot tubs was a disappointment. Activities are less. Staff is amazing and sincere. Rooms are pretty big. Vegetarian options are super limited at the main buffett. This place is great for non vegetarians. Overall a nice place..
