「The properties clean and safe. Staff were friendly. The Jamaican and Seafood rest were excellent.」

「Wow is my description. Beautiful property, I loved the rooms, the bathroom was gorgeous and the 4 poster bedroom and the furniture was lovely. The staff was exceptional.」

「I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub.」

「The atmosphere is attracting me, the smile of all colleagues moved me very well. Thank you for providing everything there, really appreciated. 」

「The staff was nice and helpful」

「Just good」

「Hideaway Adults Only All Inclusive was the perfect vacation! The property was peaceful, leisurely, had incredible ocean views, absolutely clean beach area, friendly & helpful staff, so much to do, and the best selection of food and drinks.」

「It was a very good experience with the good service and dances I would like to come back on a holiday next year」

「Very homey and clean」

「First time being here and was very impressed. Live in Jamaica so been to lots of all inclusive. Staff were great appeared to be honestly friendly and interested. Very nice property. Would happily go back again.」

「The staff was great. A lot of the property was closed off and still being renovated including some of the pools. There was only 3 restaurants out of 7 open and they were not open every night ( they rotated days due to staffing shortages). That being said it was extremely to difficult to make reservations ( which were required at any restaurant) other than the buffet. Buffet wasn’t bad but gets old quick as it’s sometimes the only option. Room service was supposed to be available 24/7 but...

「ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS! Everything was truly amazing. The property was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. We would book with Roundhill again in a heartbeat.」

「Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.」
