「The hotel was nice but needed some upgrades. I was locked out of my room for 7 times calling the front desk and maintenance for change the battery for the key card . The front desk didn’t offer me to move until the day before I was leaving but felt bad to offer me a free massage ,champagne and a small bag of coffee which I declined couldn’t make up the time I wanted to enjoy with family and friends because of a door key card issue. 「Very clean , staff or friendly. Breakfast was amazing Nikoy the server at breakfast was amazing with his service . Also the housekeeper’s did an amazing job , I would definitely stay there again . I had the ocean view and at nights it was very peaceful, also I tried the pool it was clean and surrounding areas as well.」

「Staff members were very attentive. We were met with pleasant smiles, we had personal help walked us to our room. Dinner reservations are automatically made that can be cancelled by our choosing. The food was great and the selections were plentiful. The Alcohol selections were out of this world (they have every Alcoholic beverage that's imaginable to mankind). LOL!!
