「We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.」

「Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing....

「Hotel is nice and cozy. I like the fact that it’s across from the beach. Only thing I didn’t really like was the staff in dining room, me and the family sat there for 15 min no one asked us if wanted anything to drink I had to go find someone.」

「Very nice, safe, clean property. Excellent food at all times.....the best feature of our visit. Staff was hit and miss, the front desk ladies were exceptional, bar tender the worst ever with little appreciation for the paying guests. The hotel concierges were most helpful and professional... great representatives of the hotel. Much of the staff seemed bored with their jobs. The beach staff were always accommodating for the guests. Will likely not be back. 」

「This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep...

「Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. So am asking myself why could I go through all that trouble. Actually it’s my daughter who came up with an idea of...

「TCH is in a great location for getting in, around and out of MoBay, no doubt. The front desk Clerk was great.....but clearly cognizant of the hotel's shortcomings. The condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! The first room I was placed in, seemed ok for the price. But then the lights went out and I had to be moved as there was no electrician on site. The next room was bigger and also kinda ok, but had what appeared to be mold on the bathroom roof, no covers on the bathroom sink...
