"The suites were spotless with modern decor and fixtures. The staff was exceptionally professional and polite from front desk agents, waitresses, pool and beach attendants, housekeepers, and bellmen. Definitely would recommend to someone visiting Jamaica for the first time."
"We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Plum—it was the perfect getaway for our family of five. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From the start, the service was top-notch. John, our host, communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, even providing contact information for the house butcher and driver, which was very helpful.Nikita, the butler, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and ensured our every need was met with a smile. Nikita was incredibly helpful in organizing a surprise birthday celebration. Although we hadn’t communicated our plans in advance, she stepped in right away and made everything come together beautifully. The chef,Javan, impressed us daily with delicious meals, including a variety of flavorful local dishes. Shavar, our dedicated driver, was accommodating with our schedule and suggested great excursions. The sunset boat ride was my favorite. The housekeeping team, Kenneisha and Stewart, kept the home impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and decorated with beautiful Caribbean flair.Our only disappointment was the bedroom setup. "The location and view is amazing, however, the apartment is very hot. The fan by the couch didn’t work and A/C doesn’t get very cold making it uncomfortable at night and when not in the bedroom. Otherwise property is nice, clean and gate staff is kind and helpful. "
