The owners Shane and Terry ensured that all of the guests had cooked food daily, wifi to connect with our friends and families as well as to ensure that a generator was in place to give us AC at night so that we slept comfortably, although the situation was devastating we felt safe, big up yourself Shane, you are thr true definition of what it means to be resilient. 「We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. The staff was friendly and customer-centric and the views of the beach and ocean were beautiful! Only dined at the buffett for breakfast and lunch (Choicez) but breakfast was soooo good.
