Its top end budget. I mean that in the best way. No frills but clean and safe. Restaurant on site. The grounds are well kept and probably my favorite part (pool on site). The location is conveniently located where you can grab a taxi. Its not even 10 min from the airport. And the location allows you to walk the strip without needing a ride. The beach is maybe 5-10 mins walking.

No WiFi ever working at this property. Owner needs to do better. Great food at the restaurant though but no WiFi, so no TV during stay. So you better prepare to be out of your room because this is my third stay and WiFi never works here. They keep telling you they are working on it but never do.

I did get a little annoying when I arrived in Montego Bay and I had to fill out the CS something form on line which is with my phone and I had no service and I was very annoyed at a person would not give me a paper she determined that I feel about online than I was able to get a paper to fill out and give it to them from another staff overall it was a great only but that incident you’re gonna have to do better and just keep the paper.

I stayed here on the first and last day of my trip, due to proximity to the airport. I've stayed in a few mid-priced hotels in the Hip Strip area and I would say Toby's is the best value.

I love this resort as the staff and facilities are great. Clean rooms, lovely staff and the grounds of the hotel are very well kept and looked after. Big up to the security staff as they make you feel safe and welcome. The cleaners who did our room are lovely. Alex who does the gardening and general duties around the resort is a very helpfull curtious young man. A real attribute to his employers. The on site restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is good. We will be back for sure if in Montego Bay again for a visit. Keep up the great work Stay blessed all of the staff

PROS The property is conveniently located by the Montego Bay hip strip and the airport. The property is well kept and rooms are clean The property securities were generally very helpful CONS I did not find the front desk staff very friendly or communicative. My reservation was not at the front desk at the time of arrival and I had to ask what was the delay before it was communicated to me that the manager is not on property to give a print out of the reservation and she cannot give me an estimated wait time. I told her that it would have been better if she updated me without me having to ask in the event I would have preferred to leave the property and return as opposed to waiting indefinitely and I was given a defensive response filled with attitude that I’m on the property early (2:30pm). There is no fridge in the room so I was unable to store or cool food/drinks. There is no safe in the room to put valuables

I enjoyed the landscaping of the property. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing I disliked was the fact that a standard room doesn’t come with a hairdryer, mini fridge or microwave. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

I liked the pool with the bar but the other one didn’t have the water fall on. The service was good but they never had the correct covers for the drinks, the atm was spotty and sometimes they don’t have Jamaican change.
