“The staff were all courteous and friendly, the location is central, good Jamaican breakfast daily and the rooms were clean the only thing that can make it better is some fluffy white towels. This is our forever vacation spot now!”

“The food are was awful the long wait for dinner and the space awful 6 of us at a table for 2 can you imagine how uncomfortable after waiting an hour the food was awful oxtail not cook curry coat not enough seasoning jerk chicken dry not enough seasoning pork not done overall the entertainment team was the best very nice and welcoming the workers in the buffet area need training they are rude have none the person on the grill need training he's rude”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“The room had sheets with smokes burn the pillows where so flat it was almost non-extensive ,the box spring that the mattress sit on was so old i estimated it to be as old as the facility the kitchen was some way clean with the dish container on the counter had Rats dropping that spread throughout the kitchen including the cupboard. Bathroom had water leaking from the washing machine.there were 4 small towels left on the racks they were so stiff from washing it would tear your skin if you……
